Please pray for the repose of the soul of Dom Nicholas Broadbridge osb, a monk and priest of Douai Abbey, who died on 22nd October 2019. Aged 90, Fr. Nicholas had been a monk for 65 years and a priest for 59 years.
He became widely known in his later years because of his work in healing ministry. He was a member of our diocesan Healing Advisory Group and the author of several books on healing, notably Our God Heals. To Set Free those who are Oppressed. His funeral is on Wednesday 6th November. May he rest in peace.

Hear with favour our prayers, which we humbly offer you, O Lord, for the salvation of the soul of your servant and priest Fr. Nicholas, that he who devoted a faithful ministry to your name, may rejoice in the perpetual company of your Saints. Through our Lord, Jesus Christ your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.
