This year the Olivetan Congregation celebrates the seventh centenary of its Archabbey, Monte Oliveto Maggiore, founded on 26 March 1319. To mark this important date, and to signify the mystery of communion that is a hallmark of the Olivetan charism, Dom Diego M. Rosa, Ordinary and Territorial Abbot of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, will confer the Abbatial Blessing upon the two new Abbots together at the Archabbey on 26 March 2019.
