Fr. Anselm Maniyakkuppara O.S.B. (94), a monk & co-founder of St Thomas Benedictine Abbey, Kappadu, was called to eternal life on 29 November 2025, mourned by his community. He made his profession in 1954 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1965. His work of service at Kappadu and its daughter houses and abroad was rich and varied: formation master, superior, parish priest, confessor, spiritual father, etc.
His community invite all who knew and loved him to join them in prayer and thanksgiving for his long, devoted life of service. May he rest in peace.
