Father Sebald Hofbeck OSB
died in the intensive care of Ndanda Mission Hospital.
Fr. Sebald has been fighting a general body weakness caused by old age in the past seven months. Born in 1935, he made his monastic profession on 27th September 1955 in Münsterschwarzach. His mission assignment to Ndanda was in 1963 – three years after his priestly ordination. Father Sebald has died at the age of 88 years.
